Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality frameworks that align with national policies and standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for quality improvement and develop strategic plans.
- Cultivate a culture of transparency and accountability within the organization.
- NMC Registration (RN)
- Substantial clinical and operational experience, with evidence of quality improvement achievements.
- Master's degree in a related subject or equivalent professional qualification.
The estimated salary for this position is £85,000 - £130,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
