Job Description

Fortus Recruitment Group, a leading recruitment company specializing in the repairs and maintenance industry, is seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join their planned works team.

Our client, a contractor based in London, is currently looking for a skilled professional to carry out planned works across Wandsworth. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Booking appointments to visit occupied properties
  • Conducting condition surveys
  • Dealing with resident complaints
  • Collaborating with the site team to ensure works are completed to the correct standard
  • Building strong relationships with tenants and contractors

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Resident Liaison Officer, excellent communication skills, and good IT skills. They will also be able to work effectively within a team and independently.
