Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Area Business Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our new business generation team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and maximizing business opportunities within the company.
Main Responsibilities:
- Carrying out Lettings valuations and listings
- Working alongside our new business generation team to identify and maximize business opportunities (both within Lettings and other areas of the business)
- Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face-to-face
- Working towards and achieving personal and department targets
- Building strong relationships with local property owners
- Understanding the local market and competitors' activity
- Maintaining the Group's Business Generation policy and maximizing all ancillary sales
- Successfully managing a small team of valuers to drive conversion rates for carried out market appraisals
Requirements:
- Driven and competitive mindset to achieve required targets
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage a team to ensure targets are met
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good knowledge of the local property market
- Previous experience of working as a Lettings Valuer
- Enjoy working with the public over the phone and face-to-face
- Ambitious and hardworking
- Must hold a full UK valid driving license
