Job Summary

Nicholas Associates is seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to oversee the quality management system and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards. This role requires a deep understanding of quality-related processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide guidance to others on QMS processes and quality tools.

Responsibilities

  • Identify components for incoming inspection and associated processes
  • Support inspection for both incoming and outgoing components
  • Complete FAIR's and manage non-conformance activities
  • Lead vendor audits and improvement activities
  • Own monthly vendor OTD report
  • Conduct internal audits and problem-solving activities

Requirements

Applicants should hold a degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent, have quality-related work experience in a manufacturing company, and possess strong analytical skills, good MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
