Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust as a Clinical Team Leader to manage the East ISPHN teams and East Riding School Nursing Team. The role offers a diverse range of opportunities to develop the new commissioned service as part of the wider leadership team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage staff across two ISPHN teams in one locality area, ensuring the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme and safe work practices.
  • Support staff wellbeing and ensure practitioners have essential resources and training to provide excellent care.
  • Lead on service delivery and provide support and advice on service development in partnership with service users, carers, staff, managers, and other agencies across the East Riding of Yorkshire.

Requirements
  • Current NMC professional registration as a Qualified Health Visitor or School Nurse.
  • Demonstrable experience of mentoring pre-registration students and leading teams.
  • Education to Masters Level or equivalent knowledge/experiential learning.
  • Prepared to undertake or hold a recognised non-medical prescribing qualification, if required.
