Key Responsibilities- Manage staff across two ISPHN teams in one locality area, ensuring the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme and safe working practices.
- Support staff wellbeing and ensure that practitioners have all essential resources and training to provide excellent care.
- Lead on service delivery and provide support and advice on service development in partnership with service users, carers, staff, managers, and other agencies across the East Riding of Yorkshire.
- Develop areas of the service and work within the wider leadership team to lead on projects and larger service development.

Requirements- Current NMC professional registration as a Qualified Health Visitor or School Nurse.
- Demonstrable experience of mentoring pre-registration students.
- Educated to Masters Level or equivalent knowledge or experiential learning/experience.
- Prepared to undertake or hold a recognised non-medical prescribing qualification, if required.
