Costa Coffee is seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Barista Team Leader. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for leading by example, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

As a Barista Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading shifts and supporting colleagues to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Maximizing sales and revenue through effective people management and inventory control
  • Training and developing new team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Staying up-to-date with new recipes and products, and sharing your knowledge with the team
  • Driving high standards of quality and customer service across the store

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee, people, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will have:

  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • A passion for coffee and a desire to share your knowledge with others
