We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health Visitor or School Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Team Leader in the Integrated Specialist Public Health Nursing (ISPHN) service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage staff across two ISPHN teams in one locality area, ensuring the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme and safe working practices.
- Support staff wellbeing and ensure practitioners have essential resources and training to provide excellent care.
- Develop areas of the service and work within the wider leadership team to lead on projects and service development.
- Provide clinical, professional, and organisational leadership, ensuring delivery of the ISPHN service and supporting the team to meet required Key Performance Indicators.
- Current NMC professional registration as a Qualified Health Visitor or School Nurse.
- Demonstrable experience of mentoring pre-registration students.
- Educated to Masters Level or equivalent knowledge/experiential learning/experience.
- Prepared to undertake or hold a recognised non-medical prescribing qualification, if required.
