We're looking for an exceptional E-commerce Product Specialist to join our team at Dept Agency. In this role, you'll be responsible for constructing the optimum product range for the target market by balancing price architecture, product variety, and other parameters.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Merchandising, ideally within E-commerce. They'll also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to take ownership and accountability.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, plus benefits including healthcare with Bupa or Medicash, 26 days' holiday exclusive of bank holidays, mental health support, and a company pension scheme with The People's Pension.

In this role, you'll work closely with clients to deliver successful campaigns and events, ensuring site standards are always achieved or exceeded. You'll also be responsible for sourcing items, uploading, merchandising, and continuously optimising events, campaigns, and category pages.

Key responsibilities include:
