Job Description

We are seeking a talented Digital Retail Strategist to join our team at Hawes & Curtis. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing e-commerce merchandising strategies to drive online sales growth and enhance the digital shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement e-commerce merchandising plans to align with business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate product assortments, ensuring engaging product displays and descriptions on the website.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Buying teams to create product campaigns and promotions that drive customer interest and boost sales.
  • Analyse website performance and product sell-through data to inform optimisation decisions.
  • Ensure product data accuracy across the website using assisted software.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with Customer Support to resolve customer queries related to online products effectively.
  • Stay updated with e-commerce industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Salary and Benefits

This role comes with a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth within a strong and dynamic business.
