Hotel Revenue Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Multi Hotel Revenue Manager to join our Revenue Team based at our London Support Office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing revenue management strategies across our defined portfolio, working closely with colleague multi hotel revenue managers and hotel teams to ensure the effective implementation of our global corporate strategy.
Main Responsibilities:
- Revenue Management Strategies: Develop and implement revenue management strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize KPI results.
- Main Tasks: Deliver exceptional service to our customers, creating individual hotel strategies to boost revenue streams and optimize pricing.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Forecasting: Develop short- and long-term revenue forecasts to identify areas of opportunity and strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
- Reporting and Meetings: Prepare and present regular reports and hold meetings with hotel teams to discuss performance and strategy.
- Support: Provide guidance and support to hotels on business and leisure rate collections, distribution contracts, and group evaluations.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the regional revenue manager and the MHRM team, ensuring clear communication and effective instruction.
Requirements:
- Minimum undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in the tourism industry.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Multi Hotel RM.
- Proactivity, persuasion, flexibility, and adaptation capacity.
- Strong communication skills, customer focus, and sense of relationship.
- Team support and development, analysis, and strategy.
