Product Innovation and Management Specialist for RSA in UK and IE

Key Responsibilities

As a Product Innovation and Management Specialist for RSA in UK and IE, you will be responsible for driving business growth and innovation in the region. This will involve identifying local market trends, client needs, and competitive developments, as well as assessing market size and share.

Key Responsibilities

Implementing the Road Side Assistance Line of Business localized strategy, identifying untapped needs in the local market, and sharing best practices with the line of business management.

Contributing to global product development and enhancements, leading local implementation of new/enhanced products, and monitoring customer satisfaction and product utilization.

Deploying the value proposition in the local market, adapting central marketing campaigns, developing new local partnerships, and leading local business communication.

Requirements

Masters' degree in business administration, marketing, or economics, 5+ years' experience in Marketing, Sales, Operations, or Underwriting, good understanding of insurance/assistance products and capabilities.

Strategic mindset, analytical skills, interest in innovation, technology, and digitalization, high level of customer orientation, strong communication and presentation skills, and high degree of self-organization, ownership, team spirit, and decisiveness.
