Product Management and Innovation Leader

As a Product Management and Innovation Leader, you will be responsible for growing our line of business through activating new distribution channels and developing new products and partnerships. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting local market research to identify trends, client needs, and competitive developments.
  • Identifying untapped needs in the local market and supporting global projects.
  • Contributing to the design of global product development and enhancements to ensure all local needs are included.
  • Leading local implementation of new/enhanced products by steering and coordinating other involved functions.
  • Monitoring local customer satisfaction and product utilization and deducing improvement in customer experience.
  • Deploying our value proposition in the local market and developing new local partnerships in line with global strategy.
  • Leading local business communication of the line of business across traditional, online, and social media using global content and if required, producing local content.
  • Supporting and co-leading the tender phase by creating/adapting value propositions for local tenders.


Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in marketing, sales, operations, or underwriting, ideally in the financial services industry. You should have a strong interest in innovation, technology, and digitalization, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. Additionally, you should be able to produce high-quality deliverables and have a high degree of self-organization, ownership, team spirit, and decisiveness as well as project steering.
