Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care, prioritizing the needs of customers and ensuring a safe and caring environment.
  • Order and administer medication, adhering to internal procedures and NMC guidelines.
  • Lead a team of support staff, delegating tasks and ensuring smooth management of shifts.
  • Support ongoing assessments, observing changes in health and well-being, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of nursing theory and best practice at level 5.
  • Flexibility to work rostered hours and on-call rota as required.
