Senior Residential Conveyancer Opportunity

Oculus Legal Group is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer to join their highly regarded Residential team in Dorset. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established firm, offering a competitive salary up to £50,000 (plus benefits), hybrid working, and a stunning countryside office location.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position, offering autonomy and flexibility in a fast-paced Residential Conveyancing environment. The successful candidate will have prior Residential Conveyancing experience, excellent administration skills, and the ability to prepare completion statements, stamp duty land tax forms, and deal with post-completion matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exposure to a broad range of Residential Conveyancing matters, including Freehold & leasehold, sales & purchases, Shared ownership, Auction sales & purchases, Mortgages, and equity release.
  • Preparing completion statements, stamp duty land tax forms, and dealing with post-completion matters through to registration of title.
  • Keeping up to date with developments in Residential Property law.
