Senior Residential Conveyancer Opportunity

Oculus Legal Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Residential Conveyancer to join their esteemed team in Dorset. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a highly regarded firm, renowned for their expertise in Residential Conveyancing.

About the Role

This senior-level position offers a salary up to £50,000 (plus benefits) and a stunning countryside office location. The successful candidate will enjoy hybrid working, autonomy, and the scope to work with flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exposure to a broad range of Residential Conveyancing matters, including Freehold & leasehold, sales & purchases, Shared ownership, Auction sales & purchases, Mortgages, and equity release.
  • Preparing completion statements, stamp duty land tax forms, and dealing with post-completion matters through to registration of title.
  • Staying up-to-date with developments in Residential Property Law.
Requirements
  • Prior Residential Conveyancing experience.
  • Accomplished administration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
