Oculus Legal Group is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer to join their highly regarded Residential team in Dorset. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a small but highly experienced team, with a salary up to £50,000 (plus benefits) and a stunning countryside office location.

About the Role

This is a senior level Residential Conveyancing position, where you will have the autonomy to work with flexibility and autonomy. You will be responsible for handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership, auctions, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare completion statements and stamp duty land tax forms
  • Deal with post-completion matters through to registration of title
  • Keep up to date with developments in residential property law
  • Work collaboratively with the Residential team to deliver excellent results
