About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide personal care and support to residents, respecting their dignity and promoting their independence at all times
  • To maintain accurate records and reports related to resident care
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve outstanding care outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A caring and patient nature
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • Previous experience as a carer or in a similar role
