Operational Resilience Business Partner Supply Chain Resilience Vice President

MUFG is seeking a highly skilled Operational Resilience Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our Operations division, you will play a critical role in maintaining an effective Operational Resilience Framework, Business Continuity Framework, and Crisis Management Framework.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, embed, and manage the Operational Resilience framework, tools, and methodologies in line with regulatory requirements.
- Establish collaborative relationships across MUFG entities in the UK and Europe, using excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Support the management of Important Business Services (IBS) and Critical/Important Functions (CIFs) in line with the Operational Resilience Framework.
- Monitor resilience of IBS and CIFs related to supply chain resilience, and coordinate activity to assess resilience vulnerabilities across the supply chain.
- Establish and manage testing activities in line with Operational Resilience requirements, and support the development of response plans based on scenario testing outputs.
- Assess vulnerabilities and define and deliver remedial actions, and support the business areas with assessing and prioritising weaknesses and vulnerabilities in resilience.
- Detailed knowledge of the Operational Resilience Policy Statements (FCA & PRA) and DORA (EU) requirements.
- Experience delivering regulatory change and transformation, and knowledge of Operational Risk, Operational Resilience, and Business Continuity tools, methodologies, and best practice.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to identify and resolve risks and issues, and to develop solutions to complex problems.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships across the business.
