Operational Resilience Governance Role

MUFG is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President to lead our Operational Resilience Governance team. As a key member of our Operations division, you will be responsible for developing, embedding, and managing the Operational Resilience framework, tools, and methodologies in line with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including Service Owners, Resource Owners, and Operational Resilience Coordinators.
  • Coordinate operational resilience governance forums, including maintaining diary entries, attendance tracking, and membership.
  • Ensure all documentation related to operational resilience is updated in line with governance and regulatory requirements.
  • Enhance and develop management information in relation to operational resilience.
  • Be the central point of contact for Change Management projects and support the assurance of operational resilience requirements.
Requirements:
  • Detailed knowledge of the Operational Resilience Policy Statements (FCA & PRA) and DORA (EU) requirements.
  • Experience delivering regulatory change and transformation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships across the business.
  • Ability to develop solutions to complex problems and make recommendations to management.
