About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Programme Coordinator to join our team at Best Practice Network. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our programmes and ensuring that participants have an excellent experience.

The successful candidate will have proven customer service-related experience and be able to organise, plan and prioritise time and tasks effectively. They will also be highly competent using MS Office and Teams, and demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to enquiries through various platforms
  • Ensure enquiries are acknowledged and dealt with promptly, efficiently and courteously
  • Process programme applications to ensure completeness and eligibility
  • Notify applicants of the outcomes of their applications
  • Book and manage events in relation to programme delivery and workforce training
  • Inform participants of all event details
  • Update, format and edit programme resources
  • Ensure successful applicants have access to guidance, learning materials and systems required for the completion of their programme
  • Set up contracts and work schedules for associates and venues
  • Support the delivery workforce as appropriate
  • Track participants engagement, providing care, support and encouragement
  • Maintain participant management systems
  • Pre-empt withdrawals and deferrals, offering support and alternative provision
  • Work with colleagues to document and improve processes
  • Take ownership of and provide visibility into the progress towards KPIs
  • Adhere to Best Practice Network and Supporting Education's policies and standards

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
