We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join our Walsall office.

Company Overview

Our client is a reputable and highly regarded firm, recognised by the Legal 500. They offer a fantastic opportunity for legal professionals to develop their skills and learn from experienced solicitors in the West Midlands.

The successful candidate will have at least a year's experience in a residential conveyancing department and possess excellent communication and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist fee earners on administrative matters throughout the conveyancing process
  • Support with a range of tasks including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Work on auction sales and purchases, shared ownership, new builds, transfer of equity, remortgages, lease extensions, and first registration
Requirements

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of residential conveyancing procedures and possess excellent organisational skills.

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum
