We are a well-established precision engineering business based in the North of Norwich City Centre, Norfolk. Our client covers every sector within engineering, providing an exciting opportunity for an experienced CNC Turner to join their team.
Salary: £13-16.30 per hour
We offer an hourly rate between £13 and £16.30, with regular overtime opportunities. Currently, our client has unlimited overtime, but it is dependent on order intake.
Job Description:
The role involves preparing and operating CNC Mazak & Doosan machines, loading and unloading parts, understanding specifications, reading blueprints, and programming instructions into CNC Machines (desirable but not essential).
Key Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need strong physical skills, excellent attention to detail, and great multi-tasking skills. Relevant engineering experience is also desirable.
Benefits:
We offer 25 days of holiday to take plus bank holidays, adding to your overall annual leave. However, please note that Christmas can bring a shutdown period, which may vary from year to year.
