About the Role

We are seeking a Machine Shop Management expert to join our team at Galaxy Personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our machine shop, overseeing daily operations, and implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the machine shop, ensuring seamless production and efficient use of resources.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control, implementing processes to minimize defects and optimize product performance.
  • Lead and motivate a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in CNC operations, preferably with experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant tools.
What We Offer
