Job Summary

NHS Blood and Transplant is seeking a Quality Management Systems Lead to develop, implement, and monitor an effective quality management system. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Quality Assurance specialists and providing guidance on best practices.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead a team of Quality Assurance specialists to provide guidance and support on quality management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement quality improvements.
  • Provide safety compliance and regulatory expertise to operational areas.
  • Develop and maintain quality expertise and systems to deliver an efficient and effective quality management system.

This is an exciting opportunity to join NHS Blood and Transplant and contribute to the development of a quality management system that ensures the safety and efficacy of blood and transplant services. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality management and experience leading a team.
