Job Overview
Kings Camps seeks a highly motivated and enthusiastic Youth Sports Development Coach to join our team. As a Red Top, you'll deliver high-energy sports sessions to children aged 5-17 years during school holidays. Our camps promote physical activity, teamwork, and social skills among young people.

About the Role
You will work alongside a dedicated team of coaches and managers, reporting directly to the Camp Manager. Responsibilities include designing engaging sports sessions, supervising children, and maintaining a safe environment. You'll have opportunities to develop your first aid skills and build relationships with parents/guardians.

Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be available to work between 8am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday, during school holidays. A minimum of 6 months' experience working with children aged 5-17 years is required, as well as experience coaching a sport or active games (at least 3 months). A Level 2 or higher qualification in Primary or Secondary Teaching, Sports Coaching, or Physical Education is essential.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is around £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. Kings Active Foundation offers flexible working hours and opportunities for career development.
