We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to lead and oversee all our youth activities for ages 11-18. As Youth Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for shaping the spiritual growth and pastoral care of our youth, ensuring every aspect aligns with the vision and values of our Leadership Team.

This role focuses on creating a safe and nurturing environment where young people can thrive. You will work closely with volunteers and staff to develop discipleship and outreach initiatives that promote spiritual growth and community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement programs to engage and inspire young people, aged 11-18, in their spiritual journey.">
  • Lead and oversee all youth activities, including events, groups, and one-to-one support.">
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team to ensure alignment with the church's vision and values.">
  • Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to support youth programs.">

Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is £25,500 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
