We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team at Arcus Solutions. As the first point of contact for all IT-related incidents and service requests, you will provide 1st and 2nd line support for our remote and office-based colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support for all IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
- Manage and resolve IT service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT services.
- Participate in the deployment and upgrade of system software, user software, and devices.
- Support the configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of mobile phones, tablets, and other mobile devices.
- Experience working in a similar 1st/2nd line support role.
- Knowledge of Office 365, VOIP telephony, end-user support, and Windows operating systems.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering an outstanding service.
- Strong administration and organisation skills.
- Salary: up to £34,000 maximum depending on experience.
- Up to 4% discretionary bonus scheme, subject to achievement of targets.
