Job DescriptionAs a Casual Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting clients with challenging behaviors, promoting their safety and well-being.
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, hygiene, and household management.
- Driving mobility cars or service vehicles to transport clients to appointments and activities.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of autism and learning disabilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems in dynamic situations.
- Experience working in a similar role or within the healthcare sector.
In return for your dedication and hard work, we offer:
- A competitive salary of £23,000 - £26,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
