Job Description

As a Casual Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting clients with challenging behaviors, promoting their safety and well-being.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, hygiene, and household management.
  • Driving mobility cars or service vehicles to transport clients to appointments and activities.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of autism and learning disabilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems in dynamic situations.
  • Experience working in a similar role or within the healthcare sector.
