About the Role:

The Selection Partnership Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other digital platforms to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy and optimize ad performance.
  • Plan, develop, and implement landing page optimization strategies to improve conversion rates and user experience.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools, providing regular reporting and insights to inform future marketing decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our marketing efforts remain effective and efficient.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience, their needs, and preferences to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising and search engine marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
