We are working with a growing family-run retail brand in the UK who are looking to build on their marketing and online team internally; and bring their PPC in-house.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has managed a team; who understands websites from merchandising to PPC and to UX/UI. It's a chance for someone to work with the Directors on strategy but also be a part of the day-to-day running of the website with one of the aims being footfall to stores as well as increase online purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage in-house creative content and design for advertising and other marketing materials
  • Work with the development agency on website development and improvement
  • Manage the team
  • Research and implement new trends and technologies to stay ahead of the game
  • Analyse data and performance

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in website/e-commerce management in some capacity
  • Previous experience in managing a team
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt communication style depending on the audience
  • Understanding of top-line strategy and ability to filter it down
