Job Title: PPC/Paid Advertising Specialist/Manager

We are seeking an experienced PPC/Paid Advertising Specialist/Manager to join our team at The Selection Partnership Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute paid marketing strategies to drive conversions and revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to improve ROI and CTR.
  • Collaborate with the team to create and implement landing page optimisation strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders on campaign performance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in PPC and SEO.
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • UK-based with ability to commute to our office in Oldbury.
