About the Role:

The Selection Partnership Ltd is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns utilizing paid and organic traffic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating, placing, and scheduling all Paid Marketing/Advertising across a variety of digital platforms.
  • Maintaining company image and promotional objectives.
  • Creating and building campaign strategy, including keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Planning, developing, implementing, and optimizing all paid marketing campaigns and channels.
  • Providing recommendations and executing strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, and all areas of paid search.
  • Landing page optimization and implementation.
  • Maintaining and monitoring keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps, impression share.
  • Testing, implementing, and optimizing digital search campaigns as well as paid social media campaigns.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry news and best practices.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of commercial experience in PPC and SEO.
  • Good understanding of Google and Meta.
  • Good understanding of reporting platforms such as Analytics and Data Studio.
  • Excellent knowledge of advertising platforms.
  • Ability to maintain brand consistency, engaging, and professional marketing advertisements.
  • UK-based and able to commute to the company's office in Oldbury Monday to Friday.
  • Sponsorship is not available, so you will need to have full leave to remain.
