Overview

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our team at Spicerhaart in Northampton. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of residential properties, ensuring they meet regulatory health and safety standards.

Salary and Benefits

  • A competitive salary range of £20,000 to £27,500 per year, depending on experience
  • Up to £5,400 in capped commission (in addition to basic salary)
  • £2,725 uncapped commission target (in addition to basic salary)
  • Minimum on-target earnings of £28,125+ per year

Job Responsibilities

  • Conducting property inspections and negotiations with tenants
  • Coordinating maintenance and repair issues with contractors
  • Ensuring timely deposit returns and resolving rental arrears
  • Processing eviction requests and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants

Requirements

  • A Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Previous experience in property management or customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
