About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mixed Methods Research Manager to join our team at ENI – Elizabeth Norman International. In this role, you will be responsible for leading quant and mixed methodology projects, creating new approaches, and driving activation for clients.

You will work closely with our team to develop innovative research techniques, blend human understanding with strategic thinking, and deliver high-quality results that make a real impact for businesses.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about consumer insights, has a proven track record in leading research projects, and is looking for a new challenge.

Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong background in research methodologies
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
  • Experience working with consumer insight agencies or similar environments
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including 28 days annual leave, bonus scheme, pension scheme, life insurance, income protection, dental cover plan, and on-site chef-prepared lunches.
