The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and social care, with a proven track record of managing and supervising staff teams. They will be committed to delivering person-centred, needs-led, and outcome-based services, and will have a strong understanding of quality care and service provision.
The Deputy Manager will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager in managing resources to maximize sales and profits, and will work closely with the senior team to ensure high standards of care and service are achieved within the home.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £13.80 per hour, with the annual salary being £28,704. They will also receive a range of benefits, including enhanced disclosure cost coverage, comprehensive induction and ongoing training, 28 days annual leave, and online benefits and cashback rewards.
To be considered for this role, the candidate must have an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and a proven track record of managerial experience in a similar role.
