Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Server Manager to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that our restaurants and bars operate at the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Train and Develop Team Members
Develop and implement training programs to ensure that our restaurant servers provide high-quality service to our guests.
Supervise Restaurant OperationsOversee the daily operations of our restaurants, including the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, to ensure that they meet our high standards.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesMonitor and control the inventory of food, beverages, and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to deliver exceptional service.
Ensure Guest SatisfactionWork closely with our guests to understand their needs and preferences, and take steps to ensure that they have a positive experience in our restaurants and bars.
Lead by ExampleModel the behavior and standards that we expect from our team members, and provide guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
Requirements- Previous Experience
At least 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
Strong Communication SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, team members, and other stakeholders.
Attention to DetailHighly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for Food and BeverageA genuine passion for food and beverage, with a deep understanding of the industry and its trends.
