Healthcare Support Worker

Premier Community, a leading provider of home care services in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire, is seeking a skilled Healthcare Support Worker to join their team. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals' lives and provide support with daily living tasks.
As a Home Care Assistant with Premier Community, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to clients in their own homes. This may include assistance with personal care, cooking and serving meals, administering medications, and supporting with day-to-day living activities.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a caring and compassionate nature, and the ability to work independently. In return, Premier Community offers a competitive salary of £14.40-£16.00 per hour, paid breaks, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Making visits to clients in their own homes
- Providing support with daily living tasks, such as washing, showering, and dressing
- Preparing and serving meals and snacks
- Administering medications as required
- Recording visit details and updating client care plans
