The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly motivated and proactive individual who is passionate about sales and marketing. As a Sales Development Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
- Initiating contact with leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualifying leads based on established criteria and passing them on to our sales team for further development.
You will also be responsible for managing closed-loop feedback to drive continuous improvement in our team's performance. This will involve working closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads and helping to drive revenue growth for the company.
