Transport Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Transport First Line Manager to join our team in Enfield, supporting our customer Iceland. As a key member of our transport function, you will provide leadership and guidance to the transport team to ensure they meet objectives, promoting open communication to address operational issues effectively and in a timely manner.
This is a full-time, permanent position, working a rotating 3-week shift pattern. You will be responsible for:
- Effectively managing a team by engaging, developing, and motivating colleagues to ensure company and site-specific policies are adhered to at all times.
- Ensuring colleagues adhere to Working Time and EU Driving Regulations.
- Providing strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and coach teams to ensure excellent performance.
- Utilizing strong IT skills, including warehouse systems and Microsoft Office.
What We Offer
