Job Title: Part Time Transport Administrator

Meatex Trading Ltd. is seeking a skilled Transport Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the daily dispatch of vehicles, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Conduct thorough briefings for drivers, ensuring they have all necessary information and resources.
  • Monitor and report on vehicle performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including driver hours and vehicle maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the Transport Controller to develop and implement effective transportation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a transportation or logistics role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
