  • Key Responsibilities:

    The Night Shift Transport Supervisor role is crucial in supporting the Transport and Compliance Managers on the night shift. This includes helping with the operational running of the site, ensuring timely dispatch, and conducting effective driver briefs and debriefs.



    This position is responsible for ensuring every worker on site is compliant with legislative requirements and that all driver instructions are understood and actioned.



    The Night Shift Supervisor will also be accountable for reviewing driver daily check sheets, ensuring vehicles are roadworthy, and addressing any defects or accidents reported daily.



    In addition, this role involves downloading information from digital tachographs, managing and monitoring vehicle maintenance and service planner, and undertaking health and safety tasks such as yard walks and vehicle checks.
