About the Role:

Bionic Services Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Consultant to join our nationwide team of Field Sales professionals. As a Business Development Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our clients by building and maintaining relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with prospective and existing business customers across the UK to establish customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
  • Acting as the customer's key point of contact to secure their next business essential contract.
  • Creating relationships and building rapport with our customers, giving them a world-class service.
  • Working towards targets and meeting daily, weekly, and monthly KPI's.

Requirements:

  • Resilience: You may not meet your targets every day, but it's how you react to those hurdles that sets you apart.
  • Outstanding Communication Skills: This is key when building relationships with your customers, ensuring they receive a world-class experience every time.
  • Self-Management/Accountability: It is important that all our Field Sales Consultants have the motivation and self-discipline to manage and to grow our existing customer base.
  • Target Driven/Self Motivated: You are target-driven but also customer-centric, understanding that the customer always comes before the sale.
  • Clean Driver's License and Valid Car Insurance: we require all consultants to have access to their own vehicle (personal or rented).
  • 18 months+ sales experience (B2B, lead generation or telesales environment).
