Facilities Management Professional

At Fawkes & Reece London, we are seeking a skilled Facilities Management Professional to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our commercial property in Nottingham.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain the fabric of the building both externally and internally to a high standard.
- Work collaboratively with contractors and represent the company's interests.
- Monitor and control costs to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Compile and maintain management information records related to company operations, health and safety, and other relevant areas.
- Foster and grow current and future client relationships.
- Proactively manage risk and handle insurance matters on site.
- Manage major work programs, acting as liaison point for all parties involved.
- Generate management reports tailored to business requirements.
- Oversee FM works on site and liaise with service providers and sub-contractors.
- Degree-level education or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in facilities management, including line management responsibility for personnel and contractors, and management of service agreements.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of health and safety legislation, environmental protection requirements, and IOSH or NEBOSH certification (desired).
- Salary up to £43,000 per annum.
