Marketing Territory Growth Manager

At PuroSystems LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled **Marketing Territory Growth Manager** to enhance our business-to-business sales efforts and promote franchise services in assigned territory. This role is responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals by growing and developing a customer base through systematic prospect identification and consistent follow-up. The successful candidate will build relationships, educate customers, and ensure timely and effective internal and external communications.
- Communicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and Centers of Influence
- Generate revenue through consultative and objective marketing
- Build and maintain a top 25 client list, provide lunch and learns, and promote education courses
- Develop sales skills and understand production, estimating, and PuroClean business aspects
- Maintain detailed records and input data into marketing software
We estimate the salary for this position to be around $60,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
Requirements:
- Experience in restoration or property management marketing is a plus but not required
- Clear and effective communication with a genuine interest in people
- Talent in building relationships and maximizing opportunities to support the business
- Comfortable setting and running appointments, educational classes, and community events
- Presentation skills and integrity in a sales-based setting
- Driver's license and reliable car
