As the Academic Coordinator for one of our accredited education programs, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth delivery and excellent service to our students and tutors.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting postgraduate education and skilled in communication. You will work closely with our operational team to coordinate daily operations, manage student inquiries and enrolment, administer committees, and facilitate the delivery of our accredited programs.

We are looking for a well-organized professional who can manage multiple tasks with precision. Strong communication skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines are essential for success in this role.

We offer a comprehensive range of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses for veterinary surgeons and nurses. As the Programme Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing, supporting, and resourcing our postgraduate programs to ensure their success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support within a fast-paced environment. Experience in coordinating, delivering, and hosting professional training events, or in maintaining academic records, is desirable. Familiarity with educational platforms and technology is a plus, though not required, as training will be provided.

This is a permanent contract, working 24 hours per week, with hybrid working available. The salary for this role is £25,000 - £26,000 per annum (pro-rata £16,000 – £16,640). We also offer a generous employer pension contributions starting at 7% and increasing up to 10% with length of service.
