Job Description

We are seeking an experienced administrative assistant to join our postgraduate medical education team at Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive and robust administrative support to the foundation programme, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This includes maintaining resident doctor training records, coordinating events and meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting the wider postgraduate medical education team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident doctor training records
  • Coordinate events and meetings, including setup and AV equipment
  • Manage correspondence, both electronic and postal
  • Provide administrative support to the postgraduate medical education team

Person Specification:

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Salary: £26,406 per annum (dependent on experience)
