Job Description

This is a pivotal position that requires strategic thinking, sales acumen, and technical expertise. As an Enterprise Data Analytics Sales Leader at Altair Engineering, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) division.

You will work closely with marketing, technical, and development teams to identify new business opportunities and nurture existing accounts within the BFSI space. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth by delivering against monthly and yearly targets, as well as forecasting effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics and enterprise sales, preferably within the BFSI sector;
  • Strong track record of building repeatable sales processes and delivering results;
  • Fluent English language skills;
  • Experience in selling software tools and consulting services;
  • Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity, and leadership;
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance objectives;
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems and marketing automation systems;
  • Demonstrated high levels of integrity, initiative, honesty, and leadership.
