Job Title: Regional Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Facilities Manager to join our team at BJF Group. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day contractual and operational delivery of our facilities management services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Operational Delivery: Deliver high-quality facilities management services to our clients, including reactive and small works.
  • Financial Delivery: Manage the financial aspects of the contract, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Data Management: Manage and maintain accurate records and data related to the contract.
  • Site Management: Ensure the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance and repairs.
  • Employee Management: Lead and manage a team of facilities management professionals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other teams within the organization.
Requirements:
  • Managerial experience at Contract Manager or Senior Supervisor level within technical and hard services.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
