Regional Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to join our team at Residential Management Group Ltd. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for the operational management of a team of Property Managers, delivering a professional and compliant property management service to our external clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Property Managers to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain a compliant region in accordance with legislation and health and safety regulations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and meet service levels in accordance with management agreements.
  • Retain the portfolio to deliver the budgeted management fee and achieve financial targets.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in property management, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Qualified to MIRPM and Assoc RICS, with a strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and public speak confidently.
  • Conflict management and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
